Both last night and tonight we have gone into the BoT to kill Agnaar, and on both occasions Askr has failed to appear to port us to the next level after a mini kill. The first time it was on the 2nd level, and tonight it was after killing the first mini. This seems to be a pretty regular issue.

Update:
Do NOT aoe the minis before Agnaar toward the end. I think what's happening is he's being slaughtered by it. I saw it happen just this evening. So maybe not bugged after all!
