Hello,
This is probably a low priority fix, but the item 'Shadowsong Cloak' seen here: everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=8979 does not currently function. It should give a boost in singing skill by 9.
Currently I tested it with and without the bard epic (8 to singing) and it does not appear to matter. The buff does not provide any increase in singing both Dirge's and Psalm of Veeshan (dmg shield).
Spell effects seen here, and you can also see a post below how this should stack with the +8 singing from epic. everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=2939
