Quest Broken Empty Quest Broken

So I am currently trying to complete the alternate flagging for hedge maze + TT PoP progression flagging. I did the quest to the T up to Kelletia. After I gave her the heart from Tyrant of Nightmare she asks for 3 items which are a box and 2 silks from Matriach spider. Well when I ask her what three items like im supposed to she doesnt say anything just looks at me all stupid like lol. So I was just wonder if the quest is broke or something im doing wrong. TY!
