Rootable NPCs

The dragons in NTOV use to be rootable, this isnt the case now but it was on live and still is. I have links showing this is the case

Under the description it says rootable snarable, Most of the main dragons with the exception of Vulak (and im not sure never tried to root that guy) are rootable, even lord F and Vymm and lord K are perma rooted as is, I am wondering if there was a sweeping change to make NPC's unrootable that happened since SW in VP was rootable just a week prior and is no longer rootable.

If this change could happen I would be much appreciated.

Thanks for checking this out and especially for checkinng it out so quick. As a paladin its the 6 seconds I get between summons on rooted mobs that keep me alive lol.

EDIT: Was just checking around in necrotalk.com using the wayback machine and it appears Veeshans peak (revamped, the one we use here) all of the dragons here we able to be snared and rooted as well. Check the post regarding VP from may 2011 on necrotalk for the answers, cant link beause of WBM
